Delivery Charges
petsGOnuts provides FREE shipping of all items if the total amount of your purchase exceeds Rs. 1000 or more. If the total amount of your purchases is less than Rs. 1000 then a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 75 is applicable.

Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery purchases?

There is a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs.50 levied on Cash on Delivery purchases however in the case of prepaid orders these charges are not applicable. You need to choose the Standard Shipping + COD option (Rs. 75 + Rs. 50) during the checkout process.


Delivery during COVID-19
We make sure all the packages leave from our hub is completely sanitized while handing them over to the logistics partner. Delivery during this time depends on the logistics company since each city/state follows certain procedures and processes issued by the state/central govt. We truly appreciate your patience if there are some delays while delivering the parcels. We can not guarantee any confirmed timeline for the delivery to happen. Most shipments generally take 3-6 business days depending on their delivery locations. 

Delivery Period
The estimated delivery period for every product is different. All the products featured on our website are tagged with a delivery marker. For example: If a product is mentioned as ‘Delivery in 6-7 working days,’ then it’s an indication that the product is ‘In Stock.’ We work in collaboration with leading courier services to ship your purchases. If your address comes within their area of services products will be shipped within 6-7 working days. If you reside in a far-off location, orders will be sent by registered post by Indian postal services which may take a maximum of 1-2 weeks depending on the location.  

We also sell a wide range of imported goods which come with a delivery marker of Delivery more than 6-7 working days. In such a scenario, we procure the goods from international markets and then ship the product once it’s available to our warehouses. Such a delivery marker may also be an indication that the particular product is expected at our warehouses shortly and shall be dispatched immediately.

You can also pre-order a product from our website. Usually, newly launched products that face a scarcity of stocks are categorized under pre-order. A delivery marker may not be necessarily featured alongside the product, but they read an ‘Expected Availability’ date. Once the products arrive at our warehouses, we dispatch them immediately. Pre-orders will be given the preference of a ‘first-come-first-serve basis. The delivery of such products can vary between 1 to 2 weeks.
Delivery to my Pin-code Mechanism
You can use the facility of ‘Delivery to my Pin-code’ to figure out if a particular product can be shipped to your location or not. While making a purchase, it’s imperative to enter your pin-code. If your pin-code is judged as an undeliverable territory in our system, then you will be suggested to enter an alternate address with a new pin code.

Shipping Rules or Tracking Details
The shipment details - "Tracking Number" are shared once the parcel/article is dispatched by any of the logistics partners. The details once put on our admin portal show the term "complete" to the customer. The customer will then receive an email registered with us and an SMS on the mobile number stating that the order is complete. The term "complete" is referred to as the shipment is fulfilled; it should be not considered as the final delivery done by the logistic partner.
Most articles/parcels reach within 6-7 working days depending upon their location. If at all the article is not received within the stipulated timeframe please get in touch with us on our WhatsApp number or email us.

We will assume that once the tracking details are shared customers should regularly check the status on the respective logistics partner website and are always welcomed to get in touch with us if the shipment is on hold, undelivered, has wrong information, delay in delivering, etc. We will try our level best to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Return & Replacement Policy

If the product is defective or damaged in transit, return the product within 10 days and we will, with your agreement, replace the product with an identical product. If we are unable to do so, we will, with your agreement, provide a store credit for the purchase price (delivery cost not included if any).


If after receiving the product you did not like the product or if you change your mind; discuss/mail it to the support desk within 72 hours. If 72 hours are passed after receiving the item; we are sorry that we will not be able to provide any replacement/refund for the order.


Upon agreement, you need to send the item back to us within 10 business days for a replacement/refund. For refunds, we deduct a processing fee from Rs.99 - Rs.199 from your order invoice. The amount for deduction will be informed to you on mail/call. The deduction is for the amount we have incurred for shipping the item + the payment gateway processing charges. does not allow returns on the following -
•    Perishable / Food items that are opened and/or used
•    Diapers, Sanitation or Hygiene related products, deodorants will not be returnable unless containing a manufacturing defect that can be proved
•    Any Used Apparel / Merchandise
•    If the product doesn’t bear its original packaging
•    If the product is soiled, dirty, washed, refurbished, or used for a prolonged period
•    If the product is torn, damaged or possesses any signs of strains

Refund of return shipping charges (only if a wrong product is sent by us) (Charges paid by the buyer for returning the products to us) will be limited to Rs 100 or 10% of the product cost, whichever is lower. The refund for shipping charges will be in the form of a Gift voucher/coupon.

Please note that the product should be unused with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging

Choice of Coupon Code
In some cases, depending on feasibility we may give you the choice of a coupon. The coupon in the form of an alpha-numeric code along with all other mandatory details will be mailed to your registered email address within 4-5 working days. Before generating a coupon code and finalizing the settlement, the value of the coupon will be communicated to you over the phone or by email. You can redeem the coupon on your next purchase or any time within the said time frame.  

How to Redeem the Coupon on PETSGONUTS.COM
At the time of placing a new order, you need to insert the alpha-numeric code at checkout. From your total value of the new order, the value of the coupon will get deducted. For example, if you have a coupon code that has a value of Rs. 250/- and the total value of your new order is Rs. 1000/- then after inserting the code the total value would come down to Rs. 750/-
