Delivery Charges
petsGOnuts provides FREE shipping of all items if the total amount of your purchase exceeds Rs. 499 or more. If the total amount of your purchases is less than Rs. 499 then a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 49 is applicable.

Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery purchases?

There is a non-refundable convenience charge of Rs.50 levied on Cash on Delivery purchases however in the case of prepaid orders these charges are not applicable. You need to choose the Standard Shipping + COD option (Rs. 49 + Rs. 50) during the checkout process.


Delivery Period
The estimated delivery period across India is 3-7 business days. Some states like Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Assam, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Meghalaya, Jammu & Kashmir, etc. may take a little longer time to deliver.


Mumbai Delivery
Usually, Parcels in Mumbai are delivered in 2-3 business days.

Delivery during COVID-19

We make sure all the packages left from our hub are completely sanitized while handing them over to the logistics partner. Delivery during this time depends on the logistics company since each city/state follows certain procedures and processes issued by the state/central govt. We truly appreciate your patience if there are some delays while delivering the parcels. We can not guarantee any confirmed timeline for the delivery to happen. Most shipments generally take 3-6 business days depending on their delivery locations. 

Shipping Rules or Tracking Details
The shipment details - "Tracking Number" are shared once the parcel/article is dispatched by any of the logistics partners. The details once put on our admin portal show the term "complete" to the customer. The customer will then receive an email registered with us and an SMS on the mobile number stating that the order is complete. The term "complete" is referred to as the shipment is fulfilled; it should be not considered as the final delivery done by the logistic partner.
Most articles/parcels reach within 3-7 working days depending upon their location. If at all the article is not received within the stipulated timeframe please get in touch with us on our WhatsApp number or email us.

We will assume that once the tracking details are shared customers should regularly check the status on the respective logistics partner website and are always welcome to get in touch with us if the shipment is on hold, undelivered, has wrong information, delay in delivering, etc. We will try our level best to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Return & Replacement Policy

How do I raise an exchange request?

To raise an exchange request, please follow the instructions below:
Step 1: Mention your order ID and send a photograph of the package to or

Step 2: We will send someone to pick up the product from you at no cost to you*. Please make sure that the product is unused with all tags intact. Do keep the pickup slip safely with you so that we can coordinate with our delivery partners on your product.

Step 3: Once we receive your product at the warehouse and conduct a quality check, we will either offer you an exchange or store credit, in accordance with our policy.

Note that in case the product for exchange is unavailable, we will offer you store credit and keep you posted on when the item is back in stock.

*Our Retail and Customer Delight representatives are extremely qualified to support you in picking the right size for your pet, so please do reach out to them for a size recommendation before you make your purchase.

**Note that while the first exchange is free of cost, consequent exchanges may be at a cost borne by the customer.

What all products are eligible for exchange and returns?

We will NOT accept returns or exchanges for the following items (unless received damaged or spoilt):

  • Edible and perishable items like food treats etc.

  • Personalized products that are made to order

  • Beds, playpens, crates & carriers

  • Dog toys & Cat toys

  • Items purchased during sales

  • Face masks

  • Dog training pads/Diapers

  • Medicines & Supplements

Returns and exchanges will also not be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • If the request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery

  • If it is an order having the custom size of the apparel and you have shared the exact sizes of your pet.

  • Product is used or altered

  • Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer

  • Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged

What if I receive damaged goods / expired products?

We keep a very eye on our goods and are careful not to stock or ship products that have passed their expiry date. If damage has occurred in transit, do get in touch with us at within 24 hours of your delivery.

What if I am not available at the address and the parcel is undelivered?

If the parcel is undelivered and returned to our address then please contact us. You will need to pay an additional "Reshipment" charge of Rs. 100 because the courier partner considers it as a new shipment generating a new tracking number.

There may be some rare instances that the courier partner may not pick up the return shipment in some states. In this case, you will need to send us the item back to the following address -

Refund of return shipping charges (only if a wrong product is sent by us and the return pick up is not available) will be limited to Rs 100. The refund for shipping charges will be in the form of a Gift voucher/coupon.

Please note that the product should be unused with all original tags intact and should be sent back in original packaging


How long is store credit valid for?

You can get store credit when you want to exchange an item. The store credit coupon is valid for a period of three months.
We prefer immediate exchanges but if in case you are unable to place an order then don't worry you can place the order within the next three months.

How to Redeem the Coupon on PETSGONUTS.COM
At the time of placing a new order, you need to insert the alpha-numeric code at checkout. From your total value of the new order, the value of the coupon will get deducted. For example, if you have a coupon code that has a value of Rs. 250/- and the total value of your new order is Rs. 1000/- then after inserting the code the total value would come down to Rs. 750/-
