We understand that sometimes things don't always go according to the plan so we have made a very simple Refund/Replacement Policy to help you!
CHANGES ON ORDERS:
You (Customers) are allowed to make changes to your orders placed within 12 hours of the purchases.
We do not accept changes of orders outside the 12 hours time frame.
Since all our orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment and logistics centers for processing the next morning.
It is a tedious task to inform the team if any changes in the order after that time frame.
If you made a mistake with your order details or shipping address; please send us an email to support@PetsGONuts.com with 12 hours and we will do our best to assist you!
If you have received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost.
Though you need to provide pictures & evidence to prove if its faulty or damaged.
If you have received an item that is in the wrong color or size than the one you originally ordered; please email us a photograph to validate the fault within 48 hours.
If the fault/error is from us than we take the responsibility to ship a correct product to you.
Free Replacement can be offered under the following criteria -
- Items are faulty - damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
- We (PetsGONuts) sent wrong item - size, style, color.
- After 48 hours of receiving the items, customers can no longer request for item replacement for any reason.
If you wish to request a refund after 12 hours of the purchase time stamp, you must wait till you receive your product before you return the package in it's new, unopened, original condition back to us.
Customers will be responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse. Please send us the tracking number so we can track the return shipment.
Once we receive your item, after inspection we will grant you the full refund.
Note: Our team will inspect/verify the product (s) before we issue out a replacement or refund.
We are sorry and can not initiate any refund if the item shows delivered and that the parcel is lost or stolen from your delivery address. You can contact us and we will do our best to assist you in this case.
PetsGONuts reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
