We at petsGOnuts.com follow a strict ‘NO REPLACEMENT’ policy. Non defective items once delivered to your shipping address cannot be replaced under any circumstances. If you receive a defective product which can be due to transit or came as a defective piece from our warehouse then it will be replaced at no extra cost. All the return shipment should be taken care from your side.
Please note replacements are based on subject to availability of the product. Item should be returned in the original condition along with invoices and manufacturer’s tag. In the event if the damaged product is permanently discontinued by manufacturer or there is going to be a substantial amount of delay in procuring the same product from our chain of distributors, then we shall refund your complete money.
CHOICE OF COUPON CODE
In some case depending on feasibility we may give you the choice of a coupon. The coupon in the form of an alpha-numeric code along with all other mandatory details will be mailed to your registered email address within 4-5 working days. Before generating a coupon code and finalising the settlement, the value of the coupon will be communicated to you over the phone or email. You can redeem the coupon on your next purchase or any time within the said time frame.
HOW TO REDEEM A COUPON ON PETSGONUTS.COM
At the time of placing a new order, you need to insert the alpha-numeric code at checkout. From your total value of the new order, the value of the coupon will get deducted. For example if you have a coupon code which has a value of Rs. 250/- and total value of your new order is Rs. 1000/- then after inserting the code the total value would come down to Rs. 750/-
To replace your order you can call our customer care helpline number on +91-98200 49031 or send us an email to support@petsGOnuts.com within 2 working days from receipt of the order. Please note no replacement requests can be processed after 2 working days.
INSTANCES WHEN REPLACEMENT CANNOT BE INITIATED
Please understand we cannot process the replacement of your order in certain instances such as:
• Damages due to misuse of product from the customer’s end
• Any item which has been used or consumed
• Products with tampered or missing serial/barcodes
• Any damage/defect that are not covered under manufacturer’s warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the manufacturer’s box or carton if any, and all other items originally included at the time of delivery of the products (s).
Replacement cannot be initiated on apparels like t-shirts, socks, raincoats, shoes, sweaters, jackets and dresses etc if there is an issue with the sizes. Products will be replaced only if it has reached to you in a damaged condition. We strongly recommend you to go through the size chart before making an apparel purchase. Since lot of pets are prone to ailing skin conditions, we cannot replace a product after trial. So kindly take appropriate measurement of your pets and then make a purchase.
